Getrocknet u. nach 5 Monaten abgepresst. Edelsüß !
Der "Cresta" wird auf dem Kristplonerhof in Guntschna angebaut. Nur die besten und gesundesten Trauben - die Sorte ist Gewürztraminer - können für diesen Wein genommen werden. Diese werden im Herbst geernet und dann ca. 5 Monate lang getrocknet. Erst dann werden sie gepresst und der Saft mit eigens dafür selektieren Hefen vergoren. Man erhält einen süßen, goldgelben Wein, mit Noten nach Orangenschalen, nach Honig und getrockneten Früchten - in wenigen Worten, einen guten Passito.
Der Cresta wird am besten zu Süßspeisen und pikanten Früchten getrunken, besonders Blauschimmelkäse wie Roquefort und Gorgonzola. Dessertweine sind sehr lange haltbar und werden, je nach Geschmack bei einer Temperatur von 12 - 18° C getrunken
