EDELSCHWARZ BIO LONDON DRY GIN
Dopo l'idea, un anno e 26 diversi distillati, é nato un inconfondibile gin premium. Sono
17 i botanicals alpini e biologici accuratamente selezionati, tra i quali la stella alpina, il
mirtillo nero ed il mirtillo rosso, il ginepro, la rosa cantina, la bacca di sambuco, la
melissa ed aghi di abete rosso, che, combinati con l'acqua di sorgente montana della
malga Gompm, rendono il nostro Edelschwarz Bio Ginun prodotto unico. La selezione
dei bio-botanicals viene fatta accuratamente macerare. Dopo la successiva elaborata
distillazione che avviene in piccoli lotti da 300 litri con l'utilizzo di un alambicco di rame,
e il processo di maturazione di due mesi in fusti di acciaio inox, nasce questo London
Dry Gin corposo, equilibrato e finemente speziato. L'aroma fine ed erbaceo, il gusto
morbido e definito unito alle leggere note fresche e fruttate lo rendono un gin alpino
elegante e autentico.
