La varietà Chardonnay è una delle più rinomate fra quelle a bacca bianca e predilige le esposizioni calde e baciate dal sole.
Le eccellenti condizioni delle vigne della zona di Merol producono uno Chardonnay che si distingue per la piacevole pienezza, l'eleganza setosa e un armonico rapporto fra acidità e morbidezza.
A ciò si accompagna un persistente retrogusto fruttato. Presupposti per una fantastica piacevolezza di beva.
- giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli
- aromi fruttati di melone e mela matura
- vellutato, burroso, morbido
Località: vigneti collinari in zona Merol nelle immediate vicinanze della cantina
Vinificazione: la quota principale (65%) è fermentata in tini d'acciaio, quella restante in botti di legno con successivo svolgimento della fermentazione malolattica. In febbraio i due vini sono assemblati fra loro.
