Vitigno: 1/3 Lagrein, 1/3 Merlot, 1/3 Pinot Nero
Il Rosé 20/26 si presenta in una tenue veste color rubino, ed il suo bouquet ricorda i frutti rossi, la ciliegia ed una nota pepata in sottofondo. Questa insolita cuvée si rivela sorprendentemente fresca al palato, e dal finale giovane ed elegante. Può essere servito come fresco aperitivo a 12°C o come accompagnamento a piatti leggeri.
I tre vitigni vengono pressati e vinificati insieme sin dall´inizio, secondo il classico metodo "saignée": il mosto rimane brevemente a contatto con le bucce fino a raggiungere un delicato colore rosé. La gradazione zuccherina al momento della raccolta è di 20° Babo. La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi inox ad una temperatura controllata di 26°C.
La gradazione zuccherina e la temperatura di fermentazione danno il nome al vino.
